Routine foot assessments, including circulation, sensation, skin and nail health, with advice or referral to another healthcare professional where appropriate.
Thickened Nail Debridement
Careful reduction of thickened, overgrown or difficult nails to improve comfort, appearance and ease of footwear.
KART Enzymatic Foot Peel
A gentle, non-invasive treatment using professional KART products to soften and remove dead, dry skin. Ideal for rough, dry feet and superficial cracked heels, helping leave the skin smoother, softer and refreshed without harsh filing or foot soaking.
Ingrown Toenail Care
Conservative care for mild ingrown toenails, including careful reduction of the troublesome nail edge and, where appropriate, the use of breathable Copoline nail-fold packing. This can help reduce pressure and discomfort while encouraging the nail to grow away from the surrounding skin.
If there are signs of infection, significant inflammation or a need for specialist treatment or nail surgery, an appropriate referral will be recommended.

Jen Murphy is a Qualified Level 4 Foot Health Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in health and social care. She is fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked, providing professional mobile foot health care across Southampton and surrounding areas.
Jen has extensive experience supporting older adults, people living with diabetes, people with mobility difficulties, and adults with autism or additional support needs. She understands the importance of patience, clear communication, reassurance and adapting care to each person’s individual needs.
Her aim is to provide friendly, respectful and reliable foot care in the comfort of your own home.
