Initial Foot Health Assessment & Treatment
A complete foot and nail health assessment, including medical history, neurovascular checks and examination of the skin and nails. Suitable for people living with diabetes, older adults and those with additional needs. Treatment includes nail cutting and filing, reduction of thickened nails where required, and treatment of corns, callus or hard skin as appropriate. Home-care advice and recommendations will also be provided.

Routine Foot Care
Routine foot care including nail trimming and filing, reduction of thickened nails, corn and callus reduction, and treatment of hard or dry skin where required.

Simple Nail Cutting
Nail trimming and filing for clients who do not require treatment for thickened nails, corns, calluses or other foot concerns.

Complex or Extended Foot Care
Extended session for clients requiring additional time for complex needs, such as multiple corns, extensive calluses, significantly thickened or difficult toenails.

Ingrown Toenail Care
Conservative care for mild ingrown toenails where clinically appropriate. This may include careful reduction of the affected nail edge, pressure relief and Copoline packing. Nail cutting and filing of the remaining toenails may also be included where appropriate. Referral will be recommended where infection, severe inflammation or specialist treatment is required.

Verruca Treatment
Clinical assessment and conservative treatment of verrucae, which may include reduction of overlying hard skin, topical treatment and home-care advice. Several appointments may be required.

Superficial Heel Cracks Treatment
Careful reduction and smoothing of superficial heel cracks, followed by a moisturising treatment and advice to help reduce future cracking.

KART Professional Foot Peel
A professional enzymatic treatment for callused skin. Includes assessments, specialist peeling, and the reduction of softened skin. More intensive cases may be priced from £70 following an initial assessment. This system is designed specifically for dry, rough, and thickened skin types.

More intensive treatments may cost from £70 following assessment. Any additional cost will be agreed before treatment begins.
Additional Treatment Costs
Some appointments may require additional treatment time or specialist clinical products. Any extra cost will always be explained and agreed with you before treatment.
Additional charges may apply for specialist padding, dressings, verruca preparations, antifungal products such as Lamisil, or products supplied for continued use at home.

Routine foot care can be provided for more than one person during the same home visit. A reduced rate applies because the travel time is shared.
Happy Heels Mobile Foot Health Care uses professional foot care products selected according to each client’s individual needs. These may include moisturising creams, callus and cracked-heel products, antifungal treatments, dressings, padding and other appropriate foot care preparations.

Before applying any product, I will consider your medical history, allergies, skin condition and current medication. I will explain what is being used and obtain your consent where appropriate.

Some products recommended for continued use at home may be available to purchase separately. Any additional cost will always be explained before the product is supplied.

Each treatment is selected according to your individual foot condition, medical history, skin sensitivity and treatment needs. Some conditions may require several appointments and continued home care to achieve and maintain the best possible improvement.

Booking & Cancellation           PolicyÂ
An appointment is confirmed once Happy Heels has agreed the date and time with the client and the required £10 booking fee has been received this will be taken off your treatment on the day of your appointment.
​
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will normally result in the booking fee being lost.
